How Often Should You Get Your Brakes Checked?

Your vehicle’s brakes are its most important safety feature. The entire braking system is
deceptively complex, involving many parts that need to be checked and replaced often.

Keep the following in mind to know exactly when to bring your car in for a brake check.

Best Practices
Try and have your brakes checked every six months.

Reduced Responsiveness or Pulling
The first signs that your brakes may be failing is reduced responsiveness,
when you have to step harder for the same amount of braking.
When braking your vehicle may pull to one side.

Vibration
When your steering wheel vibrates when you brake, going down hill or high speeds.

Loud Sounds
When you notice grinding or growling sounds when you brake,
get it checked out.

When you notice any of these visit Wala Brakes and we will get you brakes fixed for you.
